In each box you will receive 5-7 quality products to remind you to take the time for self-care, wellness and mindfulness. In addition, you will receive therapeutic activities and guided materials based on the monthly theme to help you build more self-confidence and your own “me-time” routine.
Our self-care products include natural bath and body, candles, skin care, aromatherapy, and much more. We support local and small businesses whenever possible, and we are committed to providing natural, cruelty-free and sustainable products.
Monthly boxes ship between the 25th-31st of each month. If you purchase a prepaid gift box (3-month or 6-month), the first box will ship within 3 business days.
The cut-off date to receive the current month’s box is the 31st day of each month (if sold out you will receive a Mystery Box, Past Box, or Gift Box); If you place an order after the 31st, your first box will ship the following month.
You will be billed right away for your first box when you place your first order. Signing up for Loti Wellness means opting into a membership that bills you each month. All monthly subscriptions renew on the 10th of each month, in advance of your next shipment.
Cancel anytime before your renewal date to not auto-renew. Monthly boxes ship between the 25th and 31st of the month.
The cost of shipping in Canada is relatively high, and we dislike charging shipping costs as much as you dislike paying them! So with any subscription, we offer a discounted flat-rate domestic shipping fee of CAD $8.95 per box; CAD $9.99 to the contiguous US and CAD $13.95 to Hawaii / Alaska, and pay the difference ourselves.
We also offer flat-rate standard shipping for any one-time purchase from our Loti Shop. With any Loti Shop items, free shipping is available on all orders over CAD $79.00 (before applicable discounts).
All orders have an estimated 3 to 10+ days for delivery. We do not ship worldwide at this time. Loti Wellness is not responsible for any government taxes / duties / customs for international shipments (where applicable).
Yes, a Loti Wellness Box is perfect for gifting self-care to someone you love, or even treating yourself! You can try a Prepaid Plan, a Mystery box or one of our past boxes without a subscription.
Yes, a Loti Wellness Box is the perfect gift of self-care for someone you love, or even treating yourself! You can try our Prepaid Gift Boxes, a Mystery Box or one of our past boxes without a subscription.
We may, in our sole discretion, approve a cancellation before the end of the initial commitment period, but there is a cancellation fee of $59.99 + tax (if applicable).
You must cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month. All cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will apply to the following renewal.

The cut-off date to order the next box is the final day of each month (30/31st). Please note if you ordered before the cut-off date but we are already sold out for the month, you will receive a Mystery Box or Past Box up to the final day of the month, then your order will automatically be moved to the next month’s box. Subscription boxes ship between the 25th and 31st of each month.
For instance, the cut off date to order January boxes is January 31st, so you will be eligible to receive a January box until January 31st if any boxes remain. From February 1st, your order will automatically be moved to the next month’s box. If you’d prefer a Mystery box while you wait for the next month, please email our Member Happiness Team at [email protected] and we’d be happy to send that out.
Mystery boxes and past boxes ship within 3-5 business days of order processing. Please allow 1-3 business days from when you receive your confirmation email for us to finish processing your order.
