We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel a month-to-month subscription at any time. Just log in to your account and follow the instruction to cancel. 

If you have committed to a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for, and shipped the remaining boxes. Upon completion of your original commitment plan, you will have the option to cancel from your account.

E.G., If you sign up for a 12-month subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 boxes before your subscription ends.

We may, in our sole discretion, approve a cancellation before the end of the initial commitment period, but there is a cancellation fee of CAD $59.99 + tax (if applicable).

You must cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month. All cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will apply to the following renewal.
