At Loti Wellness, we curate and deliver self-care to make life easier and happier for you!
Each Loti Wellness Box delivers the tools and strategies you need to cope with life’s challenges, using research based in positive psychology and psychotherapy. All products and activities are thoughtfully curated by therapists, and includes a mini workbook which focuses on a monthly theme like reducing anxiety, setting goals, and boosting positive mindsets to help you discover self-care and self-love. In each box you will receive 5 to 7 quality products to remind you to take the time for self-care, wellness and mindfulness. In addition, you will receive therapeutic activities and guided materials based on the monthly theme to help you build more self-confidence and your own “me-time” routine.
Our self-care products include natural bath and body, candles, skin care, aromatherapy, and much more. We support local and small businesses whenever possible, and we are committed to providing 100% natural, cruelty-free and sustainable products.

All Prices on the Loti Wellness website are in Canadian (CAD).
There are 4 plans available for you to choose from: Monthly , 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Subscriptions auto-renew according to your plan at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (10th of the month) to not be renewed.
For multi-month prepaid plans, you can cancel any time before it renews - however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your plan before your subscription ends. For example, if you chose a 3-month plan at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month, you will still receive your 3rd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end.
You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew in our Loti Shop! If this is a gift and you absolutely do not want to be rebilled, simply email our Customer Happiness Team to let us know and we can set it to automatically expire at the end of the prepaid term.
You will be billed right away for your first box when you place your first order. Signing up for Loti Wellness means opting into a membership that bills you $49.95 per box (monthly). All subscriptions renew on the 10th of each month, in advance of your next shipment.
Cancel anytime before your renewal date to not auto-renew. Boxes ship between the 25th and 30th of the month.
Yes, we absolutely encourage you to recycle or reuse your boxes! Loti Wellness is committed to offering sustainable, environmentally friendly products to our members. The raw materials used in the production of our boxes are sourced from suppliers which are FSC and SFI certified, and they are made from mostly post consumer recycled fibres. Plus our boxes are Made in Canada!
ORDERS & SHIPPING
The cut-off date to order the next box is the final day of each month (31st). Please note if you ordered before the cut-off date but we are already sold out for the month, you will receive a Mystery Box up to the final day of the month, then your order will automatically be moved to the next month’s box. Subscription boxes ship between the 25th and 31st of each month.
Mystery boxes and past boxes ship within 3-5 business days of order processing. Please allow 1-3 business days from when you receive your confirmation email for us to finish processing your order.

You will receive a tracking notice once your box ships to the email address on your account. Please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please ensure your address is correct at check-out, as we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an invalid address or marked as "return to sender" for any reason (e.g., unclaimed parcel), a reshipping and handling fee of $15.95 will be charged for the return postage and to reship the package.
Please Note: Label Creation date listed on tracking is NOT your shipping date. Labels are always created days/weeks in advance each month to prepare boxes for shipment. Tracking may take 1-3 business days to update as Canada Post/USPS may not scan all boxes right away. Please email us after 10 business days of receiving your shipment email if you have not received your package or would like to inquire about your box status. International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on customs regulation).
The cost of shipping in Canada is relatively high, and we dislike charging shipping costs as much as you dislike paying them! So with any subscription, we offer a discounted flat-rate domestic shipping fee of $7.99 per box; $10.99 to the contiguous US, and $15.99 to Hawaii / Alaska and pay the difference ourselves.
We also offer flat-rate standard shipping for any one-time purchase from our Loti Shop (Canada $9.99 / US $15.99).
All orders have an estimated 3 to 10+ days for delivery. We do not ship worldwide at this time. Loti Wellness is not responsible for any government taxes/duties/customs for international shipments (where applicable).
Returns & Cancellations
Yes, you can skip a month or any number of months (e.g., if you will be going away) during your subscription. Simply select the "Skip a Month" option from your Account Page, or email us before the 10th of the month to skip the next shipment. You can also change your subscription frequency (e.g., one box every second or third month) from your Account Page by selecting "Edit Details" and "Change Frequency".
If you are not completely satisfied with Loti Wellness, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your subscription payments at any time. Simply log into your account or email our Member Happiness Team at [email protected]. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month. If you’ve been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

If you are unsatisfied with your box, we are happy to accept returns for all subscriptions. We accept a return of your Loti Wellness Box in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box.
1. Loti Wellness Boxes must be brand new in original/unopened condition with full contents and original/new packaging.
2. The box must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Any box without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns.
3. You must use a carrier and shipping method that can provide tracking information.
4. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
5. US orders: Once your return request is approved, please send your box using USPS.
6. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online.
7. Customer is responsible for shipping and customs fees incurred in the return process.

We do not provide store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the Loti Wellness Box is packaged securely when being returned.
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping. Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have entered shipment processing, or been shipped. If you have missing items or any items are damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out! All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported by emailing support at [email protected] within 14 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement based on product availability.
PLEASE NOTE: All multi-month prepaid subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable.
