    As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we want to reassure you that Loti Wellness has been closely monitoring the situation, and we are here to support you through these challenging times. We remain dedicated to inspiring positivity and joy, and delivering genuine self-care in mind, body and spirit to you at home.

    Here are some of the steps we have taken as this situation continues to evolve:

    – All our staff have been encouraged to work remotely from home;
    – We’ve increased our standards of cleaning and sanitation within our facility;
    – We continue to closely monitor updates from the World Health Organization and follow all recommendations and guidelines by the Public Health Agency of Canada;
    – We will communicate with all of you as the situation develops through our social channels, emails and blog — our team is driven to make a positive impact throughout this crisis.

    There are 3 subscription options available for you to choose from: Monthly, 6-month commitment or 12-month commitment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the subscription cycle. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (10th of the month) to not be renewed.

    For multi-month subscriptions, you can cancel before your renewal date, however the cancellation will take effect after the end of your commitment term. *Please contact us before cancelling to ensure you receive any remaining boxes, as these must be processed manually.*

    For commitment plans (6 or 12 months): If you have committed to a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will be cancelled upon request. 

    If this is a gift and you absolutely do not want to be rebilled, simply email our Customer Happiness Team to let us know and we can set your subscription to automatically expire at the end of the commitment term. Multi-month options are offered at a discount because of the upfront commitment, and are non-refundable.

    Yes, we absolutely encourage you to recycle or reuse your boxes! Loti Wellness is committed to offering sustainable, environmentally friendly products to our members. The raw materials used in the production of our boxes are sourced from suppliers which are FSC and SFI certified, and they are made from mostly post consumer recycled fibres. Plus our boxes are Made in Canada!

    Orders & Shipping

    The cut-off date to order the next box is the final day of each month (31st). Please note if you ordered before the cut-off date but we are already sold out for the month, you will receive a Mystery Box up to the final day of the month, then your order will automatically be moved to the next month’s box. Subscription boxes ship between the 25th and 31st of each month.

    Mystery boxes, past boxes, and the first box of any prepaid gift will ship within 3-5 business days of order processing. Please allow 1-3 business days from when you receive your confirmation email for us to finish processing your order.

    Your shipment begins with Stallion Express (our shipping partner) but the final delivery is usually made with Canada Post or USPS. However, you may experience delays receiving orders as Canada Post and USPS have extended their delivery-window estimates in response to a significant increase in parcel volume.

    While we're on track with packing orders during our shipment window, many postal carriers continue to face backlog in their sorting facilities processing significant volumes, and adjusting operations to prioritize employee and community safety during this health crisis.

    What you should know: 

    • We are expecting delivery delays on orders placed throughout the pandemic. Tracking numbers will appear 'invalid' until Canada Post/USPS has sorted your package.
    • Standard shipments may take 10+ business days to be delivered, depending on your location.

    We're actively exploring alternative shipping options to get packages to you faster. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    For our USA customers, follow USPS service alerts for more information. 

    **Please note: You must contact us within 2 weeks of your shipment confirmation if you haven't received your box so that we can investigate it with the postal carrier. Any claims for lost, stolen or damaged parcels will not be accepted 2 weeks past the ship date.**

    You will receive a tracking notice once your box ships to the email address on your account. If the initial tracking details aren't updated, you may find more comprehensive tracking info via either of these links: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ or https://stallionexpress.ca/tracking/. Simply enter your tracking number into the tracking field to get updates. 

    Please allow 3-10* business days for your package to arrive (*+delays during Covid). Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or marked as "return to sender" for any reason (e.g., unclaimed or refused parcel), a reshipping fee of $15.99+tax plus any applicable surcharges will be charged to reship your order. 

    If you'd prefer not to have your box reshipped, we will credit your account for the amount paid for the box, less the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please Note: Label Creation date listed on tracking is NOT your shipping date. Labels are always created days/weeks in advance each month to prepare boxes for shipment. Tracking may take 1-3 business days to update as Canada Post/USPS may not scan all boxes right away. Please email us after 10 business days of receiving your shipment email if you have not received your package or would like to inquire about your box status. International orders can take anywhere between 7-21+ business days (sometimes longer depending on customs regulation).

    The cost of shipping is relatively high, and we dislike charging shipping costs as much as you dislike paying them! So with any monthly subscription, we offer a discounted flat-rate shipping fee of CAD $9.99* per box, and pay the difference ourselves. *Shipping to some areas may be higher. 

    We also offer flat-rate standard shipping for any one-time purchase from our Loti Shop. With any Loti Shop items, free shipping is available on all orders over CAD $100.00 (before applicable discounts).

    All orders have an estimated 3 to 10+ days for delivery. We do not ship worldwide at this time. Loti Wellness is not responsible for any government taxes/duties/customs for international shipments (where applicable). 

    Returns & Cancellations

    The Monthly option is the only subscription you can cancel or pause at any time. If you choose a 6 or 12 month commitment, you may only cancel after the length of your subscription. 

    If you are not completely satisfied with Loti Wellness, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your subscription payments at any time after the length of your initial commitment. Simply log into your account or email our Member Happiness Team at [email protected].

    In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month (OR the renewal date noted in your account). If you’ve been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

    For multi-month subscriptions, you can cancel before your renewal date, however the cancellation will take effect after the end of your commitment term. *Please contact us before cancelling to ensure you receive any remaining boxes, as these must be processed manually.*

    For commitment plans (6 or 12 months): If you have committed to a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will be cancelled upon request. We may, in our sole discretion, approve a cancellation before the end of the initial commitment period, but there is a cancellation fee of $59.99 + tax (if applicable).

    If this is a gift and you absolutely do not want to be rebilled, simply email our Customer Happiness Team to let us know and we can set your subscription to automatically expire at the end of the commitment term. Multi-month options are offered at a discount because of the upfront commitment, and are non-refundable.

    If you are unsatisfied with your box, we are happy to accept returns for all subscriptions. We accept a return of your Loti Box in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box. 

        1.  Loti Wellness Boxes must be brand new in original/unopened condition with full contents and original/new packaging. 

        2.  The box must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Any box without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns. 

        3.  You must use a carrier and shipping method that can provide tracking information. 

        4.  Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made. 

        5.  US orders: Once your return request is approved, please send your box using USPS. 

        6.  Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online. 

        7.  Customer is responsible for shipping and customs fees incurred in the return process.

    • Email used to place online order
    • Reason for Return

    We do not provide store credit/refunds for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the Loti Wellness Box is packaged securely when being returned.
